Please note that we do not hold any stock. All our products are made to order.
Because of this, the time between purchase and delivery may be slightly longer than traditional online retailers who do hold stock - but trust us, it will be worth the wait :)
Please see manufacturing lead times under product information for an idea as to how long it could take to manufacture your item(s).
Sometimes our suppliers do have stock, in which case you will receive your item earlier than expected.
When your item is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you.
Free standard delivery in Cape Town CBD and immediate surrounding areas only.
Standard delivery usually takes between 5 - 10 working days, depending on where you are.
If you require faster delivery, please make a note on the checkout and we will arrange a faster delivery at an additional fee.
Delivery to outlying areas (outside of Cape Town CBD and immediate surrounds) will need to be charged for. Charges depend on where you live. If you are unsure if you are in an outlying area please contact us and we will confirm.
If you wish to collect your item at no additional fee you are more than welcome to do so.

Returns & Shipping
If we happen to have one of our drivers in your area we will always try accommodate a pick up free of charge. If not, unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, meaning you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Please contact us to help you arrange return shippings.
If a refund is applicable, the cost of shipping the returned item (s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
