About the artist
Having specialised in printmaking and painting at college, Janet Fryer took her talents abroad where her accomplishments were vast and varied. Longing for the bright South African sky, she returned home in 2009, sojourning overseas regurlary in the years that followed. Her first love being portraiture and the expression of human form, she's often to be found on our fair shores capturing the innocence and joy of children at play in the waves. Be it with her brushes at hand or dabbling in the digital arena, her passion for form and colour and beauty in lends an incredible element of magic to any space.
